Our Story is One: Array of creative contributions honour 10 Baha’i women executed in Iran
In 2023, the worldwide Baha’i community launched its Our Story is One campaign in honour of the 10 Baha’i women who were executed in Iran more than 40 years ago for their beliefs in a more unified world.
Garnering creative works, performances, presentations and media coverage from across the globe, the campaign pays tribute to the bravery, resilience and ongoing suffering faced by the women of Iran, demonstrating that despite the Iranian government’s efforts to sow discord and hate between groups, our story is a shared one.
The campaign has generated a plethora of contributions over the past several months. The following video, produced by the Office of External Affairs, offers a glimpse into the content that has been received from across Australia and beyond, honouring the legacy of those 10 women whose tragic deaths touched the lives of many.
