MESSAGE FROM THE MINISTER FOR MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS
The Hon Dr Anne Aly MP
NAW-RÚZ
I extend my warmest wishes to the Baháʼí community in Australia as you celebrate Naw-Rúz.
Although it is Autumn in Australia, Naw-Rúz marks a time of renewal, reflection and hope as the new year begins. At the conclusion of the Nineteen Day fast, it is a deeply significant moment for celebration, gratitude and unity.
For Baháʼí communities here in Australia, Naw-Rúz is a time of connection, reflection, and celebration, reflecting the values of unity, service, and generosity that continue to strengthen our broader community.
I am grateful for the many contributions of the Baháʼí community to Australian society. Your commitment to inclusion, service, and community-building continue to enrich our nation.
I wish you peaceful and joyous Naw-Rúz, and a new year filled with peace and prosperity.
Happy Naw-Rúz!
